​Entrance and Registration to Casa DeNaka Country Getaway (hereinafter referred to as Casa D acknowledges the acceptance of the following terms and conditions:  

Welcome to our Country Getaway.   This is an adults only clothing optional country getaway. By checking into Casa D, you represent and warrant that you are 35 years of age, and have the right, authority and capacity to enter into the agreement and to abide by all its terms and conditions under your own will.

To book a full house take-over please contact casadenakainfo@gmail.com.  We will then confirm your booking.  All bookings are done on a first-come first-serve basis.

                  LATE BOOKINGS
We will accept last minute bookings subject to availability and immediate payment.

             GETAWAY REGISTRATION
You will be required to provide a valid credit card to cover any damages or additional charges during your stay.  You will be responsible for any damages or incidental charges to your room.

                  CANCELLATIONS   
Rooms must be paid in full at time of booking, and are Non Refundable.  In the event that you cannot attend your weekend, we will do our best to transfer your reservation to another weekend (Subject to availability)
Full house take-overs requires a 50% Non refundable deposit at time of booking, with balance owing 4 weeks prior to your arrival.  Cancellations received within 4 weeks of your event, or failure to attend the event will not receive any refund.
