Here are some of our FAQs and Rules of the Property.

  • Do we have to be naked or topless?
    No, absolutely not. Many couples who visit Casa DeNaka just want to get away and be in an environment where they can be whatever and whomever they want to be. Our environment is kid and pet free, there is never any pressure or expectations to be naked or topless at Casa DeNaka. Nudity is allowed, but not mandatory around the pool and hot tub. Guests must be covered when leaving the pool area and walking around the property. Please come to Casa DeNaka with no expectations towards the owners, as we have no expectations towards our guests. We are merely providing an all encompassing venue for your enjoyment. We do not necessarily participate in any of the guest activities.
  • How do I book a room or full house takeover at Casa DeNaka?
    We ask that guests fill out our contact form with their contact information and which room they wish to book. Rooms must be paid in full at time of booking. Non Refundable. If you cannot attend your chosen weekend, we will transfer you to another weekend (Subject to availability). House take overs will require a 50% Non Refundable deposit at time of booking. Balance due 4 weeks before arrival date (see cancellation policy). We can accomodate special requests and extended stays on an idividual basis. Please contact us for more information.
  • When is check-in and check-out time at Casa DeNaka?
    Check-in will be at 3 pm. Check out 11:00 am. Early check in is available for a $50.00 fee per couple.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Individual rooms must be paid in full at time of booking, No refunds. If you cannot attend your original weekend, we will transfer you to another weekend, (Subject to Availability). Full house take over will require 50% non refundable deposit with booking. Balance due 4 weeks before arrival.
  • What days is Casa DeNaka open?
    Casa DeNaka is now open for full house take overs for both weekday and weekend stays. Individual room bookings only available on scheduled special event weekends.
  • Are singles allowed at Casa DeNaka?
    No, singles are not allowed to stay at Casa DeNaka for our scheduled event weekends, as they are designed for couples only. However, if you book the entire house with your own group, and they are comfortable with a single person joining them, then there is no problem.
  • Will food be provided at Casa DeNaka?
    All food are at the requirements of our guests. We have many bbq's and fridges for our guest to put their meals in for their stay. We also have our amazing Chef Nicole that would be glad to assist with all food requirements for your stay. She can provide a quote based on your requirements for full house bookings only and she will be working with Casa D for our super party events.
  • Do you accept payment through major credit/ debit cards like American Express, Discover, Chase, Visa etc?
    Casa DeNaka accepts only secure E-transfer for all payments at this time. Thanks! 😁
  • What is your Covid policy
    Casa DeNaka is a covid free community. It is imperitive that if you have any signs or symptoms of Covid that you do not attend. Please ensure that you are covid free before attending. We reserve the right to ask patrons to leave, if they show signs or symptoms of Covid, without refund.
  • Is there any conduct that can be considered as inappropriate
    Overly drunk and disorderly behaviour is not tolerated; as is any behaviour that is deemed illegal in Ontario. We maintain a no pressure relaxed atmosphere at all times. No walking around campsite or other areas visible to the public naked. You will be asked to leave if you violate the rules without refund. Multiple infractions will result in being banned from Casa DeNaka events.
  • Can you accomodate large trailers
    Yes. We have space for up to 8 campers of various lengths. Trailer must have its own toilet facility. Please give us all details of camper size at time of booking, as space is limited. There are NO sewer hook ups provided. However, there is a dumping station in town 10 minutes away. We do have a local pump out company that may come and pump your trailer before you leave. Extra cost to be paid directly to the pump out company. We can supply water to fill your tank, but no electrical hook up. Guests staying in an RV site have access to the outdoor amenities.
  • Are towels, linens and pillows provided?
    Yes. Linens and pillows are provided for each room. Towels are provided in the bathrooms. Please bring your own beach towel. No linens, towels or pillows provided for camping.
  • If we would like to get our own group together and have Casa DeNaka to ourselves, Can we do that?
    Yes, contact us for rates and details. We are now open during the week for full house take-overs. Stay as many days as you like.
  • Is discretion guaranteed at Casa DeNaka?
    YES. We respect everyone's right to privacy. With that in mind, we make every effort to ensure discretion from your booking to your arrival and overall experience at Casa DeNaka. No cell phones or cameras are allowed. Pictures may only be taken with both the owner's and guest approval. We take every precaution to make sure your stay with us is a perfect country escape.
  • What is Casa DeNaka like?
    Casa DeNaka is unique, and unlike any other venue. We have opened our home for others to experience the freedom of being at a clothing optional adults country escape. We have several rooms available in the house. Each one is a different theme so your stay with us will be unique. The salt-water pool area is very spacious, secluded and sexy so you can be as uninhibited as you like. The outdoor gazebo is a great place to talk, relax or have fun. The heated waterfall will make you forget that the city even exists. Immerse yourself in the hot tub and enjoy the moment. The view is spectacular during the day, and equally as breathtaking at night with the bonfire casting its warm glow over the countryside. We want you to make our home, your home for your stay. Come as guests, leave as friends, and return as often as you wish.
  • Are Refrigerators available for guests to put food and beverages in?
    Yes, we have many fridges for our guests to use. 2 in the poolhouse, 1 in the main kitchen, 1 in the downstairs bar and 1 in the WTF room in the garage!
  • Are BBQ's available for guests
    Yes definitely! We have 3 propane BBQ's and 1 charcoal available. One off the dining room upstairs, One downstairs beside the hot tub and one by the pool in the outdoor kitchen (Tiki Bar)
  • Is there an exercise area at Casa DeNaka
    Yes. We have a large room set up with a universal gym, weight bench, free weights, treadmill and a spectacular view of the countryside while you work out.

Rules

  1. Please leave the house as clean as you found it

  2. No Singles allowed 

  3. NO means NO!  

  4. No abusive behaviour of any type will be permitted

  5. No Glass Containers & Bottles around pool & hot tub area

  6. No smoking or vaping in the house.  We are GREEN friendly but ask that any smoking be done outside.  No illegal drugs of any type are permitted. 

  7. No Pets allowed. Should you choose to bring a pet, you will be asked to leave and without refund.

  8. What happens at Casa DeNaka stays at Casa DeNaka.  Please respect everyone's privacy including the people working at Casa DeNaka.

  9. No Cameras or cell phones allowed in the pool area without prior permission.  No pictures may be taken if other guests are in the frame. Unless you have permission, or have booked the entire house, and your entire group is OK with pictures.

  10. All Guests must be over 35 years of age.

  11. Liability waiver MUST be signed at check-in.

  12. ABSOLUTELY NO DRINKING AND DRIVING.

  13. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the property if Casa DeNaka rules and guidelines are not respected, without any compensation on our part. In some cases, this may lead to forbidden access to Casa DeNaka in the future.
