Couples Booking Information (Must be 35+ to Book)
Individual room bookings are available for our Scheduled Events Only! Our rates are based on one couple per room per night. When you book your room, you will have full use of the house and all indoor/outdoor amenities!
NOTE: When booking individual rooms, you will be sharing the house communally with others!
​​​​All guests are responsible for all food and beverages they require.

We highly recommend booking Chef Nicole for all your meal requirements. She will gladly provide a reasonable quote for your group to consider!

Room reservations must be paid in full at time of booking and rate is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your event, we will try our very best to transfer you to another weekend (subject to availability). ​​
HOUSE TAKEOVERS

Summer House Takeovers: for both weekday and weekend bookings is: $1600.00 per night plus a one time $250.00 cleaning fee. Summer rates valid from May 1-Oct 31.​

Winter House Takeovers: $1250.00 per night plus a one time $250.00 cleaning fee. These special winter rates valid from
Nov 1-Apr 30. Only!

​Full House take-overs require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. Balance due 4 weeks before check-in!
