Couples Booking Information

Individual room bookings are available for our Scheduled events only! Our rates are based on one couple per room per night. When you book your room, you will have full use of the house and all indoor/outdoor amenities!

NOTE: when booking individual rooms, you will be sharing the house communally with others!

All guests are responsible for all food and beverages they require.

Room reservations must be paid in full at time of booking and rate is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your event, we will try our very best to transfer you to another weekend (subject to availability).

HOUSE TAKEOVERS

House Takeovers $1280.00 per night plus a one time $250.00 cleaning fee. This special pricing from Oct 5-Apr 1 Only!!

Full House take-overs require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. Balance due 4 weeks before check-in!
